What You'll Be Doing: Drive planning, scoping, and delivery of complex implementations — anticipate blockers, manage customer timelines, escalate issues, and ensure launch readiness across functions. Serve as technical escalation point for integration and custom implementation issues. Debug deep integration problems and design robust solutions tailored to client-specific constraints. Represent the Forward Deployed Engineering function in product feedback, feature prioritization, and cross-functional alignment (working with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Product Marketing, etc.). Drive continuous improvement: create and own best-in-class delivery playbooks, onboarding processes, internal training, and technical mentorship for junior FDEs. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and internal stakeholders; influence roadmap priorities through structured, data-driven feedback.
