About the Implementations Engineering Team: You’ll be part of Narmi’s Implementations Engineering team, a small-in-headcount, high-impact group of engineers operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and our customers. We work closely with Narmi’s Customer Success and Implementation teams to launch new financial institutions on the Narmi One platform, while continuously improving the systems and processes that power those launches. A big part of the role is building the internal tools, integrations, and automation that make implementations faster, more reliable, and increasingly scalable over time. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
