Product Manager II

Overview Responsible for leading business and technology initiatives within Equipment Finance, including the evaluation, modernization, implementation, and optimization of technology capabilities supporting origination, underwriting, servicing, asset management, customer experience, and operational workflows. Partners closely with business leaders, technology teams, architects, vendors, and transformation resources to define future-state capabilities, develop implementation roadmaps, and deliver business value through technology modernization. The ideal candidate will possess deep equipment finance expertise, experience with servicing and lease management platforms, and a proven track record supporting large-scale technology transformation and leading implementation initiatives. This position can also be located out of our Buffalo, Rochester or Rockville Corporate Office Locations Primary Responsibilities Product & Platform Strategy Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for equipment finance platform enablement initiatives.
