About the Role Genius AI is building an agentic workforce: AI systems that act on behalf of appointment-based business owners, not just assist them. The engineers who join now will be the ones who architect it. We're hiring across two paths: product engineers who work at the intersection of AI capabilities and customer problems, shipping the features that put agentic tools directly in front of the businesses we serve; and platform engineers who build the scalable, reliable infrastructure that makes those AI products possible in the first place. Whichever path you're on, the expectation is the same: you build with AI as the default layer underneath how you work, not a tool you reach for occasionally. You must be commutable to our San Francisco office in SOMA and will operate in a hybrid environment.
