The program is migrating legacy HR systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This role offers the opportunity to shape the functional solution for an enterprise SaaS ERP implementation in an Agile delivery environment, supporting HR service delivery across the federal workforce. You will serve as the functional design authority for one or more Oracle Fusion HCM domains, act as a subject matter expert on federal HR policy, and lead design activities across multiple integrated modules.
