Deployment Strategist

What You'll Do As a Deployment Strategist at Wonderful, you are responsible for making AI deployments actually land. Wonderful is the AI operating system for enterprises, helping them close the gap between what AI enables and how they operate today. You lead enterprise customers from early discovery through pilot and production rollout, translating ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes. You sit between the customer, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product, ensuring everyone is aligned on what is being built, why it matters, and how it will succeed in production. This is a hands-on role for people who enjoy ambiguity, ownership, and seeing complex projects through to the end. Embed deeply with customers to understand their processes and systems, identify the most important problems to solve, and obsess over helping them win. Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria. Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts. Translate customer needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams. Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
