Job Family: Technology Consulting Travel Required: Up to 25% Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: The Director of Health Technology Consulting serves as a senior leader within the EHR Practice and is responsible for helping healthcare organizations realize measurable value from their EHR investments through adoption, optimization, organizational change management, training, and long-term sustainment strategies. This role combines deep healthcare operational expertise, EHR domain knowledge, and management consulting capabilities to lead transformational programs across provider, payer, public health, and integrated delivery network environments. The Director works with executive stakeholders, clinical leaders, operational leaders, and technology teams to improve user engagement, drive workflow adoption, increase EHR proficiency, and establish enduring governance models that sustain organizational performance after implementation and go-live. In addition to client delivery responsibilities, the Director is expected to build, scale, and commercialize consulting offerings focused on EHR adoption, optimization, workforce transformation, and digital enablement.
