The goal is to achieve a higher level of standardization, centralization, and simplification across key systems and business processes which significantly impact operations from end to end. Identify and recommend areas of process improvements by analyzing industry and company best practices. • Participates in the deployment of IT solutions to include requirements gathering, system configuration, data cleansing/conversion, training, and deployment. • Assists with developing functional designs (FDD’s) to include logical data model, system interfaces, and security requirements, and reviews with and obtains stakeholder approvals. • Performs System Testing and reports and tracks issues identified through resolution. • Develops user acceptance test plans and test scenarios and manages the execution of UAT.
