Job Description The Sr. Product Manager, Operations & Automation is a data-driven product manager with proven digital experience to drive our Customer Care and Offers, Monetization, and Configuration Systems automation initiatives. Working under the direction of the Director, Product, this role will be responsible for execution and optimization of our automation systems, workflows, and overall personalization experiences. Specifically this includes customer response processing, and refining the new user offers backend systems. You will help our OTT channels develop and pursue, business opportunities that support our incremental revenue and margin growth through internal development, inter-company and 3rd party vendor relationships. This role will be a blend of backend systems and frontend UI product ownership where the ability to support internal and external teams will be vital to
