As a Business Analytics Manager Senior within PNC's Retail Data Solutions & Delivery organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Role Overview: Senior Business Analytics Manager within PNC’s Retail Data Solutions & Delivery organization. This role supports the Retail Lending and Deposit data domains, with a focus on Solutions, Workout, and Default data. Acts as Product Owner for assigned data sub-domains and partners closely with agile technology teams to deliver high-quality, governed data assets for enterprise use. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as Product Owner for Solutions, Workout, and Default data domains. • Partner with cross-functional agile technology teams to deliver data products. • Lead the design and implementation of a common silver-level data consumption layer supporting: Regulatory reporting, Analytics and insights, and Management and operational reporting • Manage and mentor a small analytics and data delivery team, overseeing: Data analysis, Solution prototyping, and Data asset imple [... source excerpt omitted ...] es, and project milestones. • Lead and execute UAT testing, risk reviews, approvals, and stakeholder communications. • Ensure delivered data is accurate, accessible, governed, and production ready.
