What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years project leadership experience in relevant fields including successful implementation of process improvements and software enhancements across Engineering Systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-project portfolio, including prioritization, integrated plans/schedules, and active management of RAID across initiatives
- Experience facilitating process improvement events, cross-functional workshops, and/or value stream mapping
