Specifically, we’ll be looking for the following qualifications: 4+ years of experience designing and building websites or digital products. Strong portfolio showing thoughtful, user-first solutions to complex challenges. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and advanced design principles. Experience with Responsive Web Design methodologies. Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, CSS/Sass, and accessible web development. Experience with version control and content management systems (CMS). Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, or Figma. Experience in Agile software development, with working knowledge of PHP. Experience using AI and LLMs to enhance productivity.
