SAP Supply Chain Product Manager

This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company. ABOUT THE POSITION The Enterprise Technology team delivers the platforms, capabilities, and innovation that help power Columbia Sportswear’s global business. Our team partners closely with business leaders and technology experts around the world to create solutions that enable growth, operational excellence, and great consumer experiences. As the SAP Supply Chain Product Manager, you will serve as the critical link between North American business stakeholders, SAP technology teams, and our Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. In this highly visible role, you’ll be responsible for translating business needs into scalable SAP solutions while ensuring successful execution through globally distributed teams. You’ll leverage your expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (SD) and/or Procure-to-Pay (MM) processes to drive enhancements, resolve complex challenges, and help optimize the systems that support our supply chain operations. Serve as the primary liaison between North American teams and the India-based GCC, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and successfully delivered. Lead requirements workshops, process reviews, solution discussions, backlog refinement, and sprint planning activities. Provide functional leadership and subject matter expertise in SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) and/or SAP MM (Procure-to-Pay), including configuration and solution validation. Collaborate with developers, integration teams, and business partners to deliver enhancements, projects, and production support solutions.
