This is not a production support role. It is an implementation-focused position requiring structured project execution, technical fluency, and proactive client leadership. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients and trading counterparties, from kickoff through successful production deployment. Lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration. Partner with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and external stakeholders to deliver implementations on [... source excerpt omitted ...] ystems. Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with internal engineering teams. Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and integration best practices. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in client onboarding or implementation within capital markets or financial technology. Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead stakeholders through structured implementation processes. Experience working with institutional trading systems, market connectivity, or financial infrastructure. Working knowledge of SQL and command line environments. Familiarity with configuration management, source control, and basic scripting (Python preferred).
