Role Summary The HRIS Architect provides architectural leadership, solution design, and long-term stewardship of the organization’s HRIS ecosystem. This role ensures the HRIS platform is secure, scalable, globally enabled, and aligned with HR, Payroll, Learning, Analytics, and enterprise IT strategy. The HRIS Architect leads then implementation of our Global HRIS, enhancements, and post-production operations, supporting a global, multi-country environment while partnering closely with HR, IT, Security, and business leaders. Ensure compliance with localization, regulatory, data privacy, and security requirements. Partner with Security and Compliance teams to enforce role-based access and audit readiness. Implementation & Delivery Leadership Lead medium to large-scale HRIS implementation through the full lifecycle. Support post-production with MSP operations to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement.
