Lead Product Manager, Agentic Personalization
AI summary of the role
Founding Product Manager to define and build Hightouch's Agentic Personalization pillar — the third major product line after Advertising and Lifecycle Studios.
What you’ll do
- Define the product, sequencing, and go-to-market for Agentic Personalization as the founding PM.
- Conduct deep customer discovery with product and growth teams at enterprise companies to understand personalization needs and earn trust in an agent-driven approach.

- Co-own pipeline, join customer calls, shape competitive positioning, and partner with Customer Success on implementation playbooks.
What you’ll bring
- Zero-to-one track record building products from nothing to meaningful revenue, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
- Technical depth to evaluate architectural tradeoffs, debate infrastructure decisions with senior engineers, and reason about batch vs. real-time and caching strategies.
- Commercial instinct to think in terms of pipeline, conversion, and expansion, and build roadmaps that map to revenue targets.
- Ability to move fast in a small team with high autonomy and tight cycles, using AI heavily in workflows.
