About the role: As a Forward Deployed Engineer, DevOps, your mission is to build and scale the dedicated infrastructure that powers our custom agent integrations for our most important customers. You will be the key technical cornerstone of our team, empowering our customer-facing Forward Deployed Engineers to build, deploy, and manage bespoke client solutions with speed and confidence. Hands-on expertise with a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration, specifically Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
