This role is ideal for an experienced Workday implementation consultant who can lead complex compensation workstreams, advise clients with confidence, and help deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions. As part of Mercer, a Marsh business and one of the world's leading HR consulting firms, our Digital Transformation practice is a certified Workday implementation and innovation partner. We work with clients across Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, data conversion, strategic transformation, and change management to drive real business transformation. In this role, you will combine hands-on delivery leadership with solution design, stakeholder management, and practice enablement.
