Core Responsibilities Lead a QA team and ensure that the Quality team consistently aligns to the defined testing strategy by enforcing proper guidelines, standards, and bank-approved frameworks, providing direction and oversight to maintain discipline, consistency, and high signal quality across all automation and testing practices.
