In this role, you will be the technical engine behind our data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. You will design and implement workflows that automate our reporting ecosystem, ensuring that our sales teams have the insights they need to succeed without the manual overhead. As a member of Central Ops, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, working across a sophisticated tool stack to solve real-world operational challenges. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data engineering, or a related field. Experience with SQL and relational databases. You should be able to write complex, performant queries and understand query optimization. Strong programming skills: Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Go) for building data pipelines and automation. Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose root causes and evaluate tradeoffs.
