Senior Systems Engineering Specialist

Job Description Summary The Senior Systems Engineering Specialist (SSES) will provide technical leadership for the deployment of a new Digital CORE - Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system across all GEHC Segments. This role is responsible for defining and managing system-level requirements, aligning cross-segment teams to ensure business and technical needs are captured, developing integration and test plans, and resolving technical conflicts through expert guidance and maximizing off-the-shelf capabilities within the new PLM software tool. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives and enterprise programs, formulating system design requirements, standardizing internal processes, developing standard work, phased implementation and robust verification. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead/drive the system design, documentation, and delivery of the PLM platform standard work, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical constraints. Engage with the legacy PLM system subject matter expert teams to create efficient new standard processes while maximizing off-the-shelf capabilities of the future PLM tool.
