In this role, you’ll triage and debug customer-impacting issues, perform impact analysis, monitor system health, and remediate policy/order-related failures, while also building robust backend tools that help operations teams do the same at scale. Responsibilities Triage and debug customer-impacting production incidents, identify root causes, and drive fixes through to resolution (including follow-ups and prevention). Lead/participate in RCAs and post-incident reviews; write clear incident timelines and implement corrective/preventative actions. Build internal dashboards, monitoring frameworks, and alerting systems to provide visibility into operational health and KPIs. Requirements Demonstrated experience debugging production systems: reading logs/metrics/traces, isolating root cause, and implementing durable fixes. Experience participating in an on-call rotation and handling incident triage with calm prioritization and clear communication. 3+ years of experience in backend software development using Node.js.
