Responsible for assisting in analyzing and developing information processing solutions; self-motivated and driven toward timely project completion and overall satisfaction of the business users. Responsibilities Troubleshooting and providing end user support Training end users Work on ERP related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and other special projects. Work through and document internal business procedures and processes Create tutorials and workflows for business reference Build a strong relationship with the users through project implementation, ensure the delivery of the project and solution is satisfactory to the business users. Qualifications Must have High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors’ degree preferred Experience supporting Epicor Prophet 21 Distribution software is preferred but not mandatory Experience with functional activities of ERP Strong communicator – verbal and written. Organizational skills to include the ability to self-manage assignments and manage work on multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish.
