That requires a major investment in developer experience and engineering infrastructure. We’re expanding our infrastructure team to build the systems that make this possible — environments where agents can understand the full context of a codebase, execute development tasks end-to-end, and safely integrate their work into production. While coding agents will be an important area to focus on, this role spans developer tooling, infrastructure, and agent execution systems, and the systems you build will shape how software gets built at Clay.
