- Background in financial services, ideally asset-based finance, structured credit, or lending/capital markets.
- Demonstrated experience as a forward deployed engineer or similar embedded technical role working with business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) including vector stores, tool/function calling, and multi-step agent orchestration.
