Prior experience with a Big Four firm or another leading management or technology consultancy is strongly preferred. What You Will Do: Product Ownership and Strategy Partner with program leadership to translate strategic objectives into product roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes. Own and manage product backlogs, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined, appropriately sequenced, and aligned with business value. Develop product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation. Business Analysis and Solution Design Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, process-mapping sessions, and requirements-gathering activities. Analyze complex legal and business processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and technology enablement. Translate business needs into actionable functional and nonfunctional requirements. Document current-state processes, define future-state experiences, and conduct gap and impact analyses. Partner with technical and design teams to develop solutions that are intuitive, secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
