The Master Data Management (MDM) Business Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of an organization's master data. This role involves working closely with various departments to design, implement, and maintain processes and systems that manage, cleanse, and integrate master data from diverse sources. This job role requires a blend of technical skills and business acumen to effectively manage and analyze an organization's critical master data. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements. Design and create business process flows, policies, and procedures for all end-to-end MDM processes with input from the business and IT teams Create data quality requirements & rules and standardization, for mastering data from multiple sources to ensure its accuracy and consistency. Become liaison between Business & IT to help understand data definitions, rules & data dependencies Qualifications: Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics 8+ years relevant IT experience 2+ years Implementation experience with MDM systems (STIBO, Reltio or Informatica etc.) Proven experience in data management, data warehousing, or related fields.
