The Data Scientist drives the organization’s advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI initiatives, transforming data into actionable insights that support business decision-making and innovation. A Day in the Life: Create and design technical solutions to meet business needs by translating end user’s requirements and finding innovative, creative visualizations and tools. Must be capable of strategizing and brainstorming with the team to create a viable solution. Develops complex data and predictive/prescriptive/AI analytics models and solutions. Provide insights to the business and drive key learnings and recommendations using available internal and external data specifically around Service Retention and related KPI’s. Assist in development, maintenance and management of advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions primarily using SQL, Python, Informatica Prep, Snowflake, AWS and Power BI. Extracts, validates, and analyzes desired data using extraction tools. Capable of participating in the ongoing iterative development process of the team’s projects. Participate in gathering requirements to improve existing systems from teams within the business to streamline workflow and processes. Assist in documenting new processes, optimizations and terms in existing electronic data glossary. Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and transition between projects while working both independently and effectively in teams.
