Senior Technical Program Manager

Required to be in Nashville, TN. OCI is transforming how engineering teams build, validate, and deliver software. Our CI/CD workflow orchestration and deployment systems are foundational to accelerating development iterations, reducing developer toil, and enabling automated deployment across OCI’s dynamic worldwide footprint. As a Program Manager, you will work closely with engineering teams to coordinate delivery and adoption of these capabilities. You will help turn evolving requirements into clear execution plans, make dependencies and risks visible, and support the safe expansion of agentic engineering workflows that preserve the safeguards, governance, and compliance standards OCI depends on. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of program management, project management, product operations, engineering operations, or related experience in a technical environment. Experience coordinating software delivery, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, CI/CD, release engineering, or comparable technical programs. Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand technical workflows, dependencies, operational risk, and delivery tradeoffs.
