Serve as the primary React Software Developer responsible for maintaining and enhancing a production collaboration and business process application that supports information exchange between DoD and Industry Partners. Develop, test, and implement application enhancements, bug fixes, and usability improvements while ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of the production environment. · Support ongoing operations and maintenance activities, including troubleshooting application issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Translate user feedback and evolving business requirements into scalable, maintainable front-end solutions that improve functionality and user experience. Work closely with system engineers, developers, testers, and product stakeholders to evaluate change requests, support releases, and ensure successful deployment of enhancements.
