What you’ll do
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineers, scientists, TPMs, product managers) to deliver AI-powered products.

- Invent and introduce state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput of production AI systems.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields plus 10+ years AI/ML experience, or Master's plus 8+ years.
- At least 5 years of people leadership experience.
- Experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or equivalent private cloud).
- Experience developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies (LLM Inference, Similarity Search, VectorDBs, Guardrails, Memory) using Python, C++, C#, Java, or Golang.
