The Role The Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is responsible for driving experimentation strategy and execution across multiple client websites. This role focuses on designing meaningful A/B and multivariate tests, interpreting results with clarity, and delivering data-backed recommendations that inform Experience Design and broader DX initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Digital Experience, the CRO Manager works in close partnership with Experience Designers, Technical Account Managers, and Engineering to ensure tests are designed with integrity and aligned to business goals.
