Job Description: What You’ll Do · Stay current on developments in AI coding tools and agentic workflows; bring new ideas back to the organization and drive them to implementation · Author and maintain shared AI configuration artifacts: org and team-specific personas, and prompt libraries. · Design and deploy AI personas for targeted use cases — for example, a security reviewer persona that critically evaluates PRs for vulnerabilities, or a test coverage persona that identifies gaps · Build and evaluate AI-assisted code review [... source excerpt omitted ...] roposals, and results to engineering leadership; create clear, compelling documentation and slide decks · Act as tech lead for a small team that delivers value quickly Must-Have Qualifications · 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong coding skills · Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in a real engineering context · Experience in acting as the technical lead for small fast moving/high impact teams · Demonstrated ability to drive change in a technical organization — through documentation, tooling, or direct influence · Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to sell your ideas · Self-directed [... source excerpt omitted ...] ortunity/ Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer.
