Lead Power Platform Reliability Engineer

The Opportunity As a Lead Power Platform Reliability Engineer in our Manulife / John Hancock team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our team's mission: Deliver the most capable, governed and compliant service. You will craft and refine enterprise-level applications pushing the Power Platform to its limit. Your efforts will demonstrate the versatility of the Power Platform in developing tools while ensuring seamless integration with key systems such as Power BI, Dynamics, Azure. You will engage directly with stakeholders and influencers monthly and lead the global CoE meetings. This role will provide the opportunity to influence the trajectory of our tools and services. Work arrangement: Fully remote from Canada or USA Position Responsibilities: Stakeholder Collaboration: Leads both Power BI and Power Platform Global CoE forums. Design Development: Drives identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product, application, service, or platform.
