We are seeking an Associate Product Engineer to join our Enterprise Platforms team — the group that builds the internal systems connecting MJH's business-critical platforms into cohesive, automated workflows. You will contribute to features across the full stack, from frontend UI to backend APIs to cloud infrastructure, with mentorship and support from senior engineers along the way. This role is designed for an early-career engineer who is curious, ships working software, and wants to grow fast in a high-impact environment where the work you build is used every day by real teams across the organization. You are expected to use AI-powered developer tools as a core part of how you write code, learn, and deliver. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. Compensation will depend on factors including educational background, skills, and professional experience.
