The full Pay Range is $110,100.00 - $204,900.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Design & Develop Software: Build scalable, resilient, and secure services while developing prototypes, proofs of concept, and production‑ready features using modern engineering practices. Lead Engineering Workstreams: Guide small to medium teams through designing, building, testing, and delivering system components and services. Drive Code Quality: Model BECU’s coding standards, provide thorough code reviews, and champion clean, maintainable design principles.
