AI Deployment Analyst - Silna About the Role: We are looking for a curious, analytical teammate to join our AI Operations team at Silna. In this role, you’ll help us design, test, and roll out AI deployments that interpret complex healthcare documents, like treatment plans and prior authorization approval letters, using optical character recognition (OCR) and agentic AI. You will work on the end-to-end deployment of browser and phone agents for automating healthcare web-based workflows. This is a great role for a recent graduate with a background in computer science, data science, or a non-technical field who wants to apply those skills in a real-world, high-impact healthcare setting. Responsibilities Develop, test, and refine AI deployments that extract structured information from healthcare documents (e.g., treatment plans, prior authorization approvals) or web-based authorization and verification workflows. Analyze model outputs for accuracy and identify areas for improvement. Work with operations and engineering teams to translate healthcare and insurance workflows into clear technical specifications for AI. Create documentation and playbooks to ensure prompt strategies are reproducible and scalable. Qualifications Background in computer science, data science, or non-technical field but with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities (recent graduates encouraged to apply). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Interest in natural language processing concepts, AI/ML, or OCR technologies (coursework or internship experience counts!).
