Position Overview FDC Delivery leads Luma’ forward-deployed creative team operations across the region. The role requires deep familiarity with creative and production workflows, experience managing cross-functional delivery teams, and the ability to build consistent, scalable processes across a high-volume pre-sales and support function. Responsibilities Team Leadership and Operations Leads operations for the North America forward-deployed creative team. Define operational standards for how engagements are scoped, staffed, executed, and closed. Build capacity planning and resource allocation frameworks to support concurrent client engagements. Identify new tools or platforms to improve communication and streamline work. Encourage buy-in, education and mastery for all stakeholders Report on team performance metrics and review cadences to align with broader commercial and operational goals of the company. Pre-Sales and Trial Engagement Delivery Partner with the sales team to structure paid trial engagements, including scope, success criteria, timelines, and resourcing. Ensure the North American forward-deployed team delivers credible, high-quality proof-of-concept work within client production environments. Provide senior oversight or direct involvement on complex or high-priority engagements.
