Sr Director, Personalization Data & AI (Hybrid - Acton, MA)

We are seeking a strategic and globally minded execution focused leader to design, implement, and commercialize AI Products that directly support Sales enablement and Customer Experience.  This role will be pivotal in establishing and scaling new technologies and capability that support Sales and customers across Insulet’s global teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep ML/AI expertise, a global product perspective, and a passion for building high-performing production services and delivery teams. The decisions and designs led by this role will be instrumental in driving the strategic vision and technical direction for AI products, Data/Knowledge platforms, and agentic AI applications, across multiple functional departments and value streams like Customer lifecycle, Sales Process, and Process integration and automation—making it a cornerstone of our AI power digital transformation. Advanced degrees (Masters, Ph.D.) are strongly preferred. 10 years of leadership experience in analytics, engineering, and product teams, managing large-scale analytics cross functional programs 5 years of experience deploying and integrating ML/AI/ Gen.
