This role is more technically demanding than the average Solutions Engineering position. You'll need to develop a deep understanding of our platform and APIs to serve as a trusted technical partner to customers. Beyond customer implementation, you'll gather and synthesize customer feedback, identify product gaps, and help shape new product requirements, working directly with our engineering team to drive product development. You will report to Column's Head of Solution Engineering. What you'll do: Support the technical relationship with our customers across pre-sales, implementation, onboarding, and support. Assist with the implementation and delivery of strategic cross-functional projects with guidance from senior team members.
