Sr. Data Engineer

The Sr Data Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, infrastructure, and data visualization to support our data-driven decision-making processes. The scope of this job includes collaborating with data scientists, analysts, solutions partners, and other stakeholders to increase data quality, accessibility, and security. Key Responsibilities: Create, develop, maintain, and leverage data pipelines, data models, reporting, and dashboards to solve business problems or assigned tasks in coordination with multiple teams. Develop and maintain data solutions to enable new or existing solutions and BI development for the data warehouse and data visualization solutions. Enhance and document workflows for complex data-related challenges by identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data, and find ways to optimize data processing and storage to promote data quality through automation. Develop understanding of different WellSky solutions and become a subject matter expertise in the healthcare domain. Identify opportunities in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.
