About the role: Samsara's Product Operations team is looking for a hands-on builder who can help Product and Engineering teams make faster, better decisions with customer and product data. You will be part of the Product Operations team and will work closely R&D leaders to turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analyses, repeatable workflows, and internal [... source excerpt omitted ...] ne signals from thousands of support tickets and customer conversations, or build a dashboard that helps hundreds of product managers and engineers understand product adoption and customer pain. This is an individual-contributor role for someone who has already shown that they can build and ship. You do not need a technical background. However, you do need to be able to use modern AI and development tools to move beyond a prototype: work with data, write and debug code using AI, validate the results, put a useful tool in front of users, and improve it until people trust and rely on it.
