Manager, Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR - U.S. or Canada This leader is responsible for implementations and guiding clients through full lifecycle Core HR implementations, including system familiarization, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post‑go‑live support. This role requires deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Core HR, including workforce structures, employee lifecycle processes, security, and approvals, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions aligned to Oracle best practices.
