Forward Deployed Engineer III, Google Cloud, Applied AI

What you’ll do

• Lead conversational AI and CX applications from prototypes to production agentic workflows
• Architect integrations between Google conversational AI products and enterprise infrastructure
• Build evaluation pipelines and observability for agent reasoning, tool selection, latency, security, and networking
• Convert recurring field friction into reusable modules and engineering product requests

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of software development experience using Python or similar languages
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as GCP
• Experience deploying agents, functions, or networking resources with Terraform or similar tools
