About the Solutions Engineering Team Solutions Engineering at Rox is not a support role — it’s a product-shaping, deal-defining function. This team sits at the center of Sales, Product, and Engineering, and is responsible for turning Rox’s technical capabilities into undeniable customer value. You’ll be joining at the ground floor of the SF SE team. Reporting directly to our Solutions Engineering leader, and you’ll work alongside three in-seat SEs in San Francisco while helping establish how this function scales in SF.
