You will support software implementations, data integrations, and database-related initiatives for a variety of clients. This is a fully onsite opportunity in Baltimore MD Salary: $65,000-$75,000/year Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and implementation projects Gather and document client requirements related to data, reporting, and system workflows Assist with configuring software solutions to meet client needs, including database setup and data mapping Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, and validation using SQL and related tools Support database management tasks such as querying, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions Provide training and guidance to clients on system functionality and data best practices Create and maintain clear documentation for processes, configurations, and client environments Troubleshoot client issues and provide timely, professional support Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Basic knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL, tables, joins, queries) Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with non-technical clients
