The Role Addepar’s People Technology team is hiring a Business Solutions Analyst to lead cross-functional, systems-driven initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery for defined projects, translate business needs into clear technical requirements, and ensure solutions are adopted by users. While Workday is our core platform, this role will flex across our entire People Technology stack, including our Talent Acquisition systems (like Greenhouse) and other HR tools.
