Serve as a technical partner to cloud and platform engineering teams, guiding architectural decisions and best practices. Proven ability to lead and manage technical customer engagements, including scoping, expectation setting, and successful delivery. Experience building effective relationships with both technical stakeholders (developers, architects) and business leaders.
