Job Description As our Client Onboarding Consultant, you will report to the Supervisor of Client Onboarding and work remotely. You will contribute to special projects, identifying scalable operational improvements through automation and AI in collaboration with leadership, and serving as a subject matter expert to guide team members on complex onboarding tasks. You will: Support onboarding projects beyond primary project focus area. Contribute to special projects as assigned. Identify operational inefficiencies and scalable improvements using automation or AI solutions, and collaborate with leadership on recommendations. Be the subject matter expert on specific onboarding tasks or projects, providing guidance and knowledge-sharing with team members as requested by leadership. Experience using automation and AI to refine workflows, boost efficiency, and foster innovation.
