Job Description What is the opportunity? The Clearing & Custody group is hiring! As an Onboarding Project Manager, you will be responsible for all project management activities related to converting new advisors and firms onto the RBC Clearing & Custody platform. Using your relationship management skills, you will gain an understanding of each firm’s unique business needs and then partner with internal RBC resources and 3rd party vendors to ensure the best possible experience for the transitioning firm. Your client first mentality and project management experience will allow you to focus on minimizing client, advisor, firm and back office impact while delivering a seamless onboarding experience. What will you do? Lead, manage and prioritize a portfolio of on-boarding projects at various stages of implementation, each with unique business needs. Work closely with the firm and all project stakeholders to ensure the best possible client experience for new firms, from project initiation (contract signing) through to a post conversion warm hand-off to the client service team at the appropriate time.
